The new type by FA306A Drawframe is a new genteration drawframe designed on the basis of the advanced technology of the same products at home and abroad. The curvilinear drafting system of 3 over 3 with pressure bar is suitable for cotton, cotton type fiber and midier and their blends of 22-76mm. All kinds of silvers processed by this machine can be highly quality after the last passage. The gear box of driiving system is in fully-enclosed oil bath. Rocking the handle of the drive changing gear in the headstock can adjust draft range, Which is convenient and reliable. The new construction for spring loading is adopted to improve stability and reliability. The new construction design of sliver creel is adopted to be nice in appearance and convenient in operation. The electric system is controlled by PLC to facilitate maintenance and improve reliabiliy of the controlling system. Inverter and operator’s interface panel is optional to make operation easier. The stable and reliable automatic can change device greatly reduces labor intensity.

 

新款FA306A型并条机是为了吸收国内外同类产品的先进技术并结合国内外棉纺工艺特点设计的新一代并条机，采用三上三峡压力棒加导向上罗拉双区线牵伸机构，适用于20-76mm的棉、棉型化纤及中长纤维的纯纺与混纺，各纺纱品种末并条干均能获得高质量的棉条。传动采用全封闭油浴齿轮箱，重量变换齿轮装于车头箱内，摇动手柄即可调整重量变换和牵伸倍数，方便可靠。前压辊增设多档变位装置，适纺多种纤维。要架加压采用新型结构，弹簧选料合理，压力不需要调节，提高了加压的稳定性和可靠性。采用全新结构的导条架设计，双臂支撑传动平稳。本机为适应不同纺纱需要，可对各处张力进行调节；电气采用PLC机控制提高控制系统的可靠性，选用变频率速及触摸屏技术，实现人机对话，操作更方便。配有稳定可靠的自动换筒装置，设有定向停车装置、缺预备筒检测和送筒到位检测装置，大大降低了劳动强度。
